Returns policy
At Enlapharex, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If, for any reason, your purchase does not fully satisfy you, we have set up a simple, clear and advantageous procedure to allow you to return your order. Our commitment: to offer you a secure and risk-free shopping experience thanks to an extended refund policy.
Extended right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection law, you have a legal cooling-off period of 14 days from receipt of your order. Enlapharex goes further and voluntarily offers you an extended period of 30 days, with no obligation to justify yourself. You therefore have a full month to decide, with complete peace of mind, whether or not to keep your Product. To exercise this right, simply send an email to contact@enlapharex.com mentioning your order number, your full name and your return request. Our team will reply within 48 hours with precise instructions.
Conditions to be met
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged.
- The product must be unopened, sealed and not have been used.
- Any accessories, leaflets and promotional gifts must be included.
- Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Return procedure
- Contact our customer service at contact@enlapharex.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait to receive our confirmation email including the return address and a return authorisation number (RMA).
- Prepare your parcel carefully, in its original packaging, and include a copy of your invoice.
- Send the parcel to the address indicated, preferably with a tracked recorded service to ensure proper receipt.
- Carefully keep the shipping receipt until confirmation of the refund.
Refund
Once your parcel has been received and inspected by our teams, your full refund is processed within a maximum of 30 days. The refund is automatically made to the means of payment used at the time of the initial order (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Please note that the time for the credit to appear on your statement may vary from 3 to 10 working days depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued by us.
Deadlines and exceptions
No return request can be accepted beyond the extended period of 30 days following receipt. Products that have been opened, used, damaged or do not comply with the return conditions cannot be refunded. In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, you also benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. In this exceptional case, return costs are fully covered by Enlapharex SAS.
